Henri and Koen are some of the best people I have ever worked with. I purchased a Mercedes G Cabrio and imported it from the Netherlands to the USA and they provided the best service possible. They care about their clients and are extremely honest. Henri went above and beyond to provide info and updates throughout the entire process.

What a beautiful and nice car! Came across this garage by chance. Immediately in love with this car. Received a great trade-in price for my old car. This still had to be inspected before I could trade it in. That inspection was already planned. When it turned out that the inspection involved some costs (four new tires), Henry (owner) was not reluctant to compensate me for those (unexpected) costs. Super! Otherwise well received, no blah stories but an honest sale. When we picked up the car, the car was wrapped in a bow and we could pose for a photo with a bouquet of flowers. Very nice! The booklet that was missing was neatly reordered and I was able to pick it up a few days later. This garage is highly recommended! Immediately trusting Henry and Koen during contact. Top!

Great experience at Auto Carrion. No blah blah. Even when it is very busy, there is always time for the customer. Bought a wonderful car that we are very satisfied with. Beautiful bouquet of flowers, neatly delivered car with full tank. Hopefully we will enjoy it for a long time. If we ever want something different we will definitely come back. I spotted a beautiful Ford Mondeo via Marktplaats and contacted me via WhatsApp. That was after closing time in the evening. However, I immediately received a message asking me to send some photos of my car to be traded in and what I wanted for it. We had good discussions with each other financially and I drove to Oosterhout from Drenthe to view it. The car was neatly waiting for me outside and looked neat. I was kindly received with a nice cup of coffee and an oliebol (after all, it was almost New Year's Eve). Everything looked neat and tidy in the shop and there were many beautiful cars. After the introduction in a relaxed atmosphere, an extensive test drive followed over varied terrain together with a friendly and knowledgeable employee, while my car was inspected and test driven by Henri (the owner). Everything was well organized and upon return the deal was quickly completed while enjoying another cup of coffee and an oliebol. The friendly employee then arranged the administration of the car and in the meantime my new purchase was neatly prepared outside with a large bow on the hood and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I've never experienced this before. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the customer-oriented approach of this company. Definitely recommended. I hope to enjoy my car for a long time, but if I need something again I will definitely take a look at what they have here at this company.
